Two scheduled property inspections each month — one exterior and one interior.

Have your home prepared for your arrival or secured after departure—from thermostat and water adjustments to lighting, packages, outdoor furniture and final walkthroughs.
CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
We can obtain estimates, meet contractors, oversee approved work, document progress and coordinate repairs or improvements while you’re away.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE
When an issue arises, RPG can assess and photograph visible conditions, contact you, help secure the property where practical and coordinate appropriate emergency contractors.
