Because we are property owners and developers ourselves, we approach each project with an understanding of both construction and the long-term economics of the real estate.
Royal Property Group is an approved builder with Westchester Modular Homes, providing clients with access to modular home construction backed by local project coordination and site development. Nathan Girard and Jeff Zocchi also hold Massachusetts Construction Supervisor Licenses, bringing licensed construction oversight directly into our development and building operations.
Modular & New Home Construction
Royal Property Group provides new home construction throughout Berkshire County, including modular home projects through our relationship as an approved builder with Westchester Modular Homes. We can coordinate the project from site preparation and foundation through delivery, set, utilities, finish work and final completion—giving clients a local point of contact throughout the entire building process.
Commercial & Investment Property Improvements
From commercial build-outs and renovations to multifamily repositioning and value-add improvements, Royal Property Group works with property owners and investors to improve existing real estate. Royal Property Group provides renovation and value-add construction services for residential, multifamily and commercial properties. From apartment turnovers and full-unit renovations to commercial build-outs, exterior improvements and larger capital projects, we focus on improvements that enhance functionality, reduce deferred maintenance and increase the long-term value of the property.

Royal Property Group is an approved builder with Westchester Modular Homes, allowing us to combine factory-built modular construction with local site development, foundation work, utility coordination, set and finish work. This provides clients with a streamlined path from selecting a home through completion of the project.
