Equally impressive, however, is the 30+ acre parcel of land Matthew Gilligan chose for his family home. It includes two multi-acre meadows, woodlands, pond access, and the western side and top of Little Johnny Mountain. Walking from the front to the rear meadow, observing huge 20+ ft boulders seemingly dropped from the heavens, one imagines a glacier carving through this little valley thousands of years ago. The rear meadow sits next to Little Johnny, and could be a spectacular second home site accessed by an existing farm road.
