The Covenants, which are part of a conservation agreement with the Trustees of Reservations, limit the built space to seven acres and do allow for some additional structures, trails, orchards, etc. Details upon request. 3. We did a lead paint disclosure, because there is no certificate documenting its removal. However, when the house was restored, all of the windows, doors, and their moldings were removed and stripped, so the prime risk areas were done. The carriage house and stone cottage are new buildings.
