The 2018/19 Budget had been approved with a 2.5% increase. Lot 152 / 366 Deer Run - 2018/19 Bi-Annual Fees current billing covers the period of Jan 1, 2019 – Jun 30, 2019. The next billing will be in the next fiscal year. The details of the new year are NOT available as of yet. 2018/19 (current fees biannually) The Lot Dues are $939.00. The bi-annual fees include two additional fees – for the Lodge / $82.50 and the Lake / $64.00. These fees are used for payment of 20-30 year loans that will exist on the payment for some time to come. • loan to build the Club House • loan to dredge the lake The Lot Dues may/may not increase for the next budget period (7/1/19 – 6/30/20). The upcoming budget has not yet been determined or approved. The two additional fees will remain the same for approx. the next 20-30 years. Upon any sale, there is a Reserve Sales Fee due (as listed in the waiver) at the closing. $3,000 for a developed lot, $1,500 for undeveloped.
