Over the years the owner has resided in all of the apartments, so the renovations have been well done, and on-going since purchase. The (irreplaceable) douglas fir floors
have all been sanded & refinished. All wall surfaces & trim have been painted multiple times and inside all of the apartments the appliances have been replaced, including good quality washers and dryers
